My training is a combination of techniques & frameworks, mindset development & practical ways of working. I teach people how to map their market & proactively work towards outcomes, how to think about approaching tasks & how to prioritise. Half the battle in recruitment is, people generally know the steps involved, but they don’t know how to effectively manage the process, often focussing on the wrong things.
Starting out in the UK, I was thrown in the deep end, “here is a phone and a computer, go and make some money!” But I was also trained by some of the best in the industry. I firmly believe training is an essential part of becoming a successful recruiter, without it, capable people become disheartened & leave the industry. I’m on a mission to restore the recruitment industry to being seen as an essential & respected profession.
